When reserving online through spectrumcoworking.com, the payment made at checkout covers your first month (Month 1) of desk membership. In accordance with our workspace operating terms, a 2-month advance / security deposit must be deposited in-person on your first day of office visit / physical check-in. This advance ensures continuous seat reservation and is adjusted or refunded upon member departure following required notice.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a dedicated desk, hot desk, private seat, or meeting room at Spectrum Coworking (located at Spectrum Metro Mall, Sector 75, Noida, Uttar Pradesh), whether through our digital platform (spectrumcoworking.com) or in-person agreement, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business entity, you confirm that you possess the legal authority to bind such entity.
2. Membership Pricing, Fees & Advance Payments
Base Pricing: Our standard reference list price for dedicated desk inventory is ₹8,000 per desk per month. Promotional discounts (such as Launching Offers) and commitment discounts (5% for 3 months, 10% for 6 months, 15% for 12 months) are applied dynamically during checkout as displayed.
Online Checkout: The payment collected via our UPI verification flow secures your desk reservation for Month 1.
Two-Month Advance Deposit: On or before your initial day of moving into the coworking space, members are required to submit an advance payment equivalent to two (2) months’ rent. This advance serves as a refundable security deposit and last-term settlement cushion against damages, unpaid dues, or breach of agreement.
Payment Verification: Manual UPI transfers require a valid 12-digit UTR/Reference number. Desk allocation is confirmed only after administrative verification against banking records.
3. Operational Hours & Desk Access
Dedicated desk members enjoy full working day access, high-speed dual-band enterprise Wi-Fi (up to 300 Mbps), and 24×7 power backup.
Each seat booking is non-transferable to unauthorized external parties without prior administrative consent. Members must maintain appropriate workplace etiquette, avoiding excessive noise, unauthorized equipment setup, or disruptions to neighboring professionals.
4. Meeting Room Usage
Meeting rooms can be booked either on an hourly basis (₹499/hr) or as a full day pass (₹1,999/day). Bookings are subject to prior schedule availability. Overstaying past reserved intervals may result in additional standard hourly billing.
5. Notice Period & Move-out Policy
For ongoing monthly memberships, a formal written notice of at least 30 days is mandatory prior to vacating.
Upon satisfactory inspection of allocated desks and clearance of any outstanding dues or utility add-ons, the 2-month advance deposit will be refunded to the member’s designated bank account within 7 to 10 working days.
